Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while considering the custom nature of our products. Given that our products are tailor made and can't be resold or reused, there's no point in returning them. We offer a generous hassle-free return policy so you can shop with confidence!

1. Company Error - if the item is not up to par due to our error in production, we'll be more than happy to offer you a refund or a replacement at no cost within 30 days of purchase.

2. Customer Error - if your custom design has a typo or the design isn't placed as you intended, we've got you covered.  We'll replace your item for a nominal engraving & handling fee (depending on the item) within 30 days of purchase.

DML Creative Designz offers free UPS Ground shipping on qualified orders $40.00 and up shipped in the contiguous United States only.
